Our Mission!

We aim to encourage social and emotional well-being by giving a voice

to the perspective of urban youth and at-risk teens.

Our curriculum and programming is derived from

Jami's experience as an educator on Chicago's

South and West sides for over two decades and

Blak's experience as an entrepreneur and

published author ten times over since the late 90s.

Through a three-tier mode of connecting to and

comprehending the written word

Rhue & Moore found a way to teach literacy all while

empowering the youth of today.

Our brand represents the love the founders we 

have for the art of reading, writing, and creative expression.  

 

At R & M, we believe that it is time for our youth to have some real talks about their real lives.
